Main responsibilities:
• Creating contents for the company’s TikTok accounts: @schannelvn (Entertainment).
• Running my own TikTok and YouTube accounts: @pwh_linh on TikTok and @pwhlinh on YouTube.
• Responsible for the annual campaign of supporting candidates to take university entrance exams which is “GenZ Di Thi” (from 2022 – now)
• Reviewing and coordinating with varied brands (Lazada, Dyson, Crocs, JBL, Kérastase, L’Oréal Paris, Sociolla, Innisfree, New Balance, Vingroup, etc…), other coffee shops, clothing stores, and restaurants.
• Working with media agencies, managing the communication progress of the content team.
Achievements:
• Achieved 225.9k followers on TikTok account @pwh_linh and 37.1k subscribers on YouTube account @pwh_linh. My IG account also got 51.1k followers.
• The most viral post reached 4M people.
• “GenZ Di Thi” campaign got over 10 million views in total platforms each year (from 2022 – now).
• Top KOLs had good performances for the Shopee Affiliate Program in September 2021 and 2023.
• TikTok account @schannelvn gained from 1M followers to 3M followers.

Main responsibilities:
• Responsible for writing and designing media articles on Facebook, Instagram and Shopee feed assigned in the plan, sending briefs, and coordinating with the Design and Account team.
• Wrote blogs about skincare and makeup on The Lady House’s website.
• Worked with media agencies, contacted KOLs & KOCs, managed the communication progress of the KOLs & KOCs team.
• Reported on the effectiveness of the communication of the parties’ partners.
Achievements:
• Optimized SEO score (>90) for each website blog.
• 150 – 300 leads per month, 50 – 65% conversion rate on Shopee posts.
