🎭 Centered around the theme “Stories of Hanoi”, our performance took everyone on an emotional journey — from nostalgia to pride — capturing the poetic and timeless beauty of Hanoi through music, movement, and storytelling.
💔 We told a touching love story of a couple living in Hanoi. They got married and went on their honeymoon, but soon after, the husband had to go to war — and never came back. The wife, already pregnant, was devastated when she heard the news. The song “Bóng Phù Hoa” beautifully expressed her pain — her emptiness and the feeling of being dead inside.
👩👧 Back to the present, the performance also showed the couple’s daughter — who, after hearing her mother’s story, finally understood why her mom became so angry when she wanted to fall in love while still in school. In the end, the story is not just about romantic love, but the love of a family — and that was the message we wanted to deliver to the audience.
It was really hard for me at first to express that kind of deep emotion on stage. But thanks to my amazing teammates who worked so closely with me, supported me, and guided me through it, I was able to bring her story to life.
☀️ With a creative concept and detailed preparation, our team was honored to receive the “Most Impressive Collaboration” award. This achievement means so much to all of us who worked tirelessly together, sharing ideas, rehearsing late nights, and bringing our vision to life on stage.

🕓 We only had six weeks to prepare everything completely from scratch. There were countless long days working together, and of course, moments of disagreement and conflict — but in the end, the result was truly well deserved.
🎶 One of the most challenging (and meaningful) parts for me was bringing back my traditional instrument, the T’rưng — which I’ve played for six years but hadn’t touched for almost three. Getting back into it and performing live on such a big stage felt both terrifying and empowering at the same time.
💫 Honestly, it was such an amazing experience — stepping out of my comfort zone, performing in front of a huge audience, and being part of something that blended creativity, culture, and teamwork so beautifully.
